Benefits & uses: 

A potent natural stimulant laxative due to anthraquinone glycosides. Used clinically to treat short-term, acute constipation and, in specialized doses, to assist in resolving upper GI bleeding.

Mix tiny doses in water and consume before bed. The medicinal dose is highly specific: generally 20–50 mg/kg of body weight (or follow standardized supplement packaging guidelines, staying within 0.5 to 2 grams maximum for severe constipation).

Warning: Do NOT use for more than 7–10 consecutive days. Prolonged use causes bowel dependency, lazy colon, and dangerous potassium depletion.
