(Benefits & Uses):

A potent bitter herb used to stimulate digestive juices, alleviate indigestion, assist in eliminating intestinal parasites, and support symptoms of Crohn's disease.

Steep 0.5 to 1 teaspoon (2.5–5 grams) in a cup of boiling water for 10 minutes. Drink 1–3 cups maximum daily before meals.

Strict Warning: Do NOT use for more than 4 consecutive weeks due to "thujone" content, which can be neurotoxic if accumulated.
