This oil nourishes skin moisturizing dry and chapped skin. Oleic acid, the main component of avocado oil, is known to promote collagen production improving elasticity of the skin. It can help improve skin conditions such as eczema, psoriasis and inflamed skin since it has anti-inflammatory properties which can soothe and repair the skin.
This oil is able to penetrate the upper layers of the nail plate to help provide lubrication between the layers and help prevent brittleness and dryness. It is great for softening cuticles and strengthening your nails.
