Epsom Salt cosmetic grade

Bath & Shower: Dissolve two cups of Nabat Epsom salt to warm water, soak body for 20 min to help relief stress and soreness.

-Spa: Exfoliate and soften the skin by mixing one tablespoon of Nabat’s Epsom salt with one tablespoon of body gel, olive oil, or coconut oil. Massage the body gently then rinse.

-Foot Soak: Dissolve one cup of Nabat Epsom salt to a large bowl. Soak feet for 20 min to ease soreness and soften the skin.
