The Green Mix combines algae chlorella and spirulina with the young shoots of wheat and barley grass.
The Purasana Green Mix is a cocktail of valuable nutrients thanks to:
- The vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5, B6 and K
- The minerals potassium, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, iron, copper, manganese and selenium
In particular, folic acid and manganese are present in large quantities. Folic acid supports the body's defence and helps reduce fatigue. Manganese helps release energy from food.
By mixing 5g of the Purasana Green mix with 300ml of liquid, a smoothie, yoghurt or guacamole, you get the important nutrients contained in these algae and grasses in an easy way.
