Step 1: Measure
To prepare 3 small cups, begin by boiling 180ml of water in a Raqwa (a small long-handled coffee pot, also known as a briki or cezve). Once the water is ready, add 21g of date coffee.
* Note: You can adjust the amount of coffee to suit your personal taste.
Step 2: Stir & Heat
Stir the mixture gently to ensure the grounds are incorporated, then place the Raqwa over medium heat. Keep a close eye on it—you are looking for a beautiful foam to start forming on the surface.
Step 3: Lift & Serve
Timing is everything here! Just as the foam rises to the brim, immediately remove the pot from the heat. This preserves the delicate richness and flavor.

Brewing Your Perfect Cup of "Date Coffee"
Step 1: Measure
Use 21g of Date Seed Coffee per 240ml of water (one US standard measuring cup).
Step 2: Brew
Choose your preferred method:
* Dripper: Pour hot water slowly over grounds.
* French Press: Add hot water, stir, and steep for 4–5 minutes before plunging.
* Moka Pot: Fill the base with water just below the valve, add grounds to the basket, and brew on the stove until finished.
Step 3: Enjoy
