Orange Cake Using Date Syrup

A real orange cake using only 3/4 cup of our pure date syrup!

Ingredients:

4 organic eggs.
3/4 cup Date syrup by @datesandroots.
3/4 cup coconut oil
Shredded peels of 2 oranges
1 cup orange juice
2.5 cups AP Flour.
2 Tbsp baking powder
1/2 Tbsp bicarbonate soda
(100g sourdough Discard)
2 Tbsp dried raisin
2 Tbsp crushed almonds

Mix dry ingredients first than add the dry ones next. 

Bake for 50 minutes at 180 degree.
