Sourdough Pumpkin Bread
This recipe makes two pumpkin bread loafs
Mix 3 eggs
3/4 cup coconut oil
1 Tbsp date syrup
1& 3/4 cups coconut or/and cane sugar
2 cups pumpkin puree
1 cup active sourdough
3 cups all purpose flour used type 65 by Naturalia
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 Tbsp pumpkin pie spices
Preheat the oven, combine all ingredients together and bake the loafs for around 35 minutes or until you insert a toothpick and remove it clean.
