Super Delicious Vegan Molasses Cookies Recipe

Vegan Molasses Cookies (Gluten Free)

Everyone went crazy about these vegan cookies so here we are sharing the recipe with you to try it ASAP! 
Good news you can make it Gluten Free by substituting the flour & semolina with GF buckweat flour! 
You can shape it as you like, if you have kids a small thick & flat circle will do the job. 
No sugar added
2.5 cups of flour
1 cup fine semolina
OR substitute the above with 3.5 cups Gluten Free buckweat flour 
1/2 cup of oil of your choice
1 cup of dark molasses (you can use Date Syrup or carob molasses)
2 tsp mahlab
2 tsp anise powder
2 tsp baking powder
You may need to add 1 or 2 Tbsp of water if the dough is too dry.
Bake in a preheated oven around 45 minutes
